At Tempestuous, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returns will not be accepted for reasons of a change of mind or personal preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Customized or final-sale products

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for sizing issues or defective items (subject to stock availability).

• If the item requested is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
